His vision is to be a channel to cause the expansion of all those around by tapping into the creative wisdom of the body and allowing them to feel, let go and awaken. He has been producing and part of creating conscious events in the Midwest over the last few years and as a musician, he plays guitar, keyboard, Native American Flute, didgeridoo and hand percussion. He takes these instruments and connects to the Divine and what comes through has the ability to move his crowd to connect to their Divine higher selves. Recently he has been performing and DJing at events such as Bhakti Fest, Serendipity Festival, Denver Chant Fest, Arise Festival, Zen Cruise, Hanuman Festival, Greenheart Transforms, Yoga Journal, Wanderlust Festivals and many more conscious gatherings. ------------------------------------------------ ☯ Parashakti ::: www.parashakti.org/projects/ Parashakti has worked with over 10,000 dancers from around the world and led workshops and retreats at some of the world’s leading holistic centers. Her mission is to open the possibility for people to achieve a liberating sense of wholeness and joy through the fluid, healing and exhilarating integration of body, mind and spirit. The Dance of Liberation® is a unique form of movement therapy which heals and frees physical, mental, emotional and spiritual blockages. Utilizing Parashakti's 7 Foundations, Dance of Liberation incorporates dance, contemporary shamanism, hands on healing, drumming and global music, this powerful and beautiful soul work sheds inhibitions and heightens inner awareness in a safe and carefully monitored group setting. Dancers are blindfolded in the shamanic tradition and step beyond their conscious fears and limitations and allow their innermost creative sides to break free. Dancers tune in to sound and movement to take an inner journey exploring a trancelike state of self-discovery and self-realization. ------------------------------------------------ How it works: We open with a special warmup yoga or movement class facilitated by a skilled practitioner. The opening class blends seamlessly into the the two hour freeform dance journey facilitated by our guest DJ. At the end of the DJ set we close with a sound bath or group exercise to ground and complete the experience. ------------------------------------------------ What to expect: Ecstatic Dance is a community gathering for people who want to express themselves freely, to connect, and to expand together. ❃ Live DJs | Free-Form Movement | Workshops | Yoga | Sound Baths | Massage | High Vibe Food | Tribe ❃ Join us and enjoy a safe and inspiring space to dance without talking, drinking, and the nightclub vibe.
